Responsibilities:
Will be responsible to watch, protect (handle, use, or maintain gaming cash and/ or gaming revenueGaming cash means money used in the operation of class II and Ill gamingThis includes cash deposited or withdrawal from gaming operation's cage or vault, in its kiosk and ATMs, gaming machines/system bill acceptors, drop boxes, change boxes, tip boxes, or other locations, containers, and devices used to store or retrieve cash used for the conduct of class II and Ill games or accounted for as a cash asset of the gaming operation. Accessing the gaming machines, recording in the M.E.A.Llogs, inventory of machine ticket paper, or hardware/software used in conjunction with the class 11/111 gaming systems. Greets guests in a prompt, professional and courteous manner helping, instruction, and advice on various types of Class II Gaming machines. Provides accurate change to patrons as requested. Observes all patron activity within assigned area; responds to questions from Casino Guests on machine functions and payouts. Assists guests when machines need repairs by contacting and confirming assistance of a Gaming Machine technician; resolves tilts and jams as requested. Safeguards company assets by keeping track of keys, funds, and security access cards. Attends and participates in regularly scheduled staff meetings. Responds to customer's requests in a prompt and professional manner; contacts supervisor as needed. Completes jackpot payouts, progressives reading and ticket fills within established timelines and completes documentation as re quired. Assist in cleaning and maintenance of the Gaming Machine areas and assist in maintaining inventory of supplies. Ensures compliance with all regulatory requirements and policies and procedures, in all areas, always. Maintains confidentiality of all privileged information. Contributes to a team effort and accomplishes related results as required. Performs other duties as required. EDUCATION AND
Experience:
Knowledge of basic math and arithmetic. Skill in providing excellent customer service. Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing. Ability to interact and maintain good working relationships with individuals of varying social and cultural backgrounds. Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with co-workers at all levels. Ability to represent the Casino in a professional manner, building respect and confidence. Ability to work independently and meet strict timelines. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written and oral form. MINIMUM
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED plus six months customer service or related experienceMust be twenty-one (21) years of ageValid driver's license and clean driving recordNo felony, theft or stealing convictionsMust be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen, background investigation, obtain and maintain gaming licenseTribal preference.
